1. Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Bonji's Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup of granola

  • Sliced fresh apples or pears

  • Chopped pecans or walnuts

  • A drizzle of honey

  • Maybe even some coconut flakes (as seen below)

2. Pumpkin Spice Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Bonji's Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup

  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a cup with drizzles of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon

  2. Place the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Base, unsweetened almond milk, chopped apple, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes in a blender.

  3. Blend until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or spiciness by adding more Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Base or cinnamon if desired.

  5. Pour into a glass and serve as a delightful fall-flavored smoothie.

3. Protein-Packed Pumpkin Spice Shake:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Bonji's Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or other fall spices

  • A drizzle of maple syrup

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Handful of seeds, nuts, or granola (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Base, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, nut butter and fall spices of your choosing, and ice cubes (if using).

  2. Blend until the mixture is creamy and the protein powder is fully incorporated.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.

  4. Pour into a tall glass and top with granola or seeds

  5. Sit back and enjoy a protein-packed Pumpkin Spice Shake that's both delicious and nutritious.
